Why is Leader Maker Training so different?...

That was what one eager yet very frustrated Banking CEO asked me during a recent consultation.

My name is Jackey Backman and I am a Leader Maker.


I have been working in a leadership capacity or developing leaders for the past 15 years. I have worked in Canada, United States, Europe and the Middle East. The countries may change and everything may look different but I assure you without a doubt leaders around the world regardless of industry, regardless of private or government sector have the same problems and therefore require the same skill set to perform at an optimal level. It’s not Rocket Science but it may as well be.

If you are experiencing, low morale, low productivity, bad attitudes, high absenteeism, mid to high turnover, quality control...you have a leadership problem.

Not that they aren’t doing their best. It’s more likely they just don’t know what to do.

Sending them to workshops will only take them so far.
